looking to gain weight ...reduce fat and gain muscle

i am planning to start using creatine as soon as i start weight training at school. I work out now probably 3 times a week and run about twice. Just a couple questions...
1. Would creatine be a good idea when i am only 15
2. Is it smart to use creatine when you run?
3. Everyone says the loading phase is pointless...so should i just go with 5g everyday about an hour before i work out or in the morning if i dont work out?
4. Is creatine still effective if taken without using other supplements? (ie. whey...)
