Myoplex - Timing?

Hey guys, Just starting to take myoplex supplements because my sexy gym receptionist suckered me into buying a box Lol...anyway I was planning on starting some form of supplements but was not sure what to get!!
My question is, when should I take the supplement? I consume one satchet of powder on days that I work out. Would it be better for me to have the shake straight after the workout or during the workout session? Also, should I slowly sip it or gulp it down?
A friend told me to constantly sip on water while working out & then have myoplex about 10 minutes after my routine. Is this correct?
Please advise!!

I've always heard and read that right after a workout is the best time. Also, you might as well chug it, no sense in wasting time.

I drink water throughout every workout. I don't sip a protein shake because if I drink anything other than water, it kinda makes me a little sick.

indeed. And most Myoplex powder taste like straight butt. Also take some about 30min before ur workout. Take some(not too much) when u wake up and then some(preferably casein) before bed.

You can drink it which ever way you like. If you drink it right after working out, the protein in Myoplex is used for recovery (repairing muscle). Two times that is very important to have an intake of protein is when you wake up and right after your workout. If you are training for longer than normal periods of time, you can sip some of the Myoplex during workout, this will prevent for going catabolic past 60 minues (just an average)
