i really need a reccomendation from someone reputable for a protein powder that i can take with me on my 1.5 week vacation to use as meal replacement drinks.
does anyone know the protein mix used during the velocity diet? i just need something that can sustain me with QUALITY protein. i will be getting as much fruit and veggies as i can but i just need the protein!
