i was at the local vitamin/supplement store "Vitamin World". and i decided to check out something for fat loss. the man recommended Nutrex Lipo Liquid Gelcaps

i checked it out after i got home, and it seems there are good and bad things about it, does anyone know of a supplement that helps you lose fat and bitch tits at moderate to quick pace with exercise and diet and is completely safe?

As far as a diet plan... recording your intake such as protein, calories etc, working around that to a good cardio workout will work you wonders. Hell just read through the "Nutrition" title of the forum. Lots to be learned. Use the Search option, and I guarantee all your questions will be answered.

As far as that Lipo 6 supplement.. I have heard there is a recall on either that one or some Lipo supplement in that matter causing seizers.

I took LIPO 6 for a month and lost a good amount of fat, but I was also taking NO Explode at the same time so I wasnt really getting full effects...
But I never had a problem with it...
And as far as the recall goes, I know WALMART just started carrying LIPO 6 So I cant see that being recalled... But maybe it was and a new formula was released in the same bottle, I dont know...

Lipo 6 is the next best legal fat burner aside from a true ECA stack....IMO.

Okay, I took the recommended dosage of Lipo-6 religiously for 8 weeks, and noticed no difference whatsoever.

Makes me wonder if my body's inability to react to the supplement is just further evidence that my cortisol levels are elevated...

the recomended dosage is 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, but you can actually take 2 before 3 meals = 6 per day for more 'hardcore' results....

Were you taking anything else also? Maybe something that would cause to cancle out the Lipo 6???

I wasn't taking any other supplements... and was taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Would taking 6 per day have made the difference? I wouldn't want to be up all night, unable to sleep because of the caffeine...

Everybody reacts differently to it.

In my case, I had to stop taking it because of the serious mood swings it would give me, yet my body handles ECA very well.

Go figure.

Lipo 6 is awsome. I took the stuff for three weeks while dieting, and just doing isometric stuff...no running at all...and lost 15lbs. No kidding.

Lipo 6 Rocks. But I would work up to taking 6 daily... Taking 4 a day didn't do a thing for me. Also look out for the synephrine in it... Sometimes would give me heart palipitations. I still prefer ECA.
