If i have some out of date fish caps by like a month. Would they be doing more damige then good ? they seem fine and i aint been getting sick. there colour and everything is the exackt same as it was before.

Im not gonna recommend one eat anything that is out of date.


I would pitch these and buy a fresh product.

I know you can look it up somewhere on google but the fda mandates those expirartion dates because supplements are classified under food product or something of that nature but actually they have some really long shelf life, but research it yourself and dont just take my word for it.
