Protein and creatine

I'm 5' 9''(173cm) and weight 122 pounds (61kg) and I'm 17 years old. What I want is to get pumped up generally and get a six pack, which I already started a week ago by going to the gym and the instructor gave me a routine which starts with 20 minutes of cardio, then 6 exercises doing 3 sets of 15 repetition each. These exercises are only for arms and legs for now, as the instructor said in two weeks (one week now) we'll change the routine. What I need is the name of some brands of the best protein supplement adequate for my age. I want something that will help me pump up, preferably which has whey, egg and casein protein all in one. Also I wanted to know if I can consume creatine and if so which brand is the best? And I need to know how often should I consume the protein and creatine and how much. Finally should I use multivitamins? And if so which brand?

Off topic: I decided to go to the gym 3 times per week, is that ok or should I go more or less?

hey, just for clarification purposes, are you 122 pounds or 61 kg?? b/c 122 pounds is ~55.5kg whereas 61kg ~ 134 pounds

Also can somebody please tell me what would be the best shake I can take and when? I read about creatine, dextrose and maltodextrose, and I want a shake which incorporates everything (creatine, whey and casein protein, dextrose, etc). I plan on buying one of the multi protein supplements which have whey, casein, egg, etc protein. Also pure creatine monohydrate and I need to know how to cheaply buy dextrose and maltodextrose and finally in which proportions should I prepare the shake and when should it be best to consume it.

Is this only for after a workout?

Heres where I am going to order my next shipment of blended protein from: True Protein | High Quality Nutrition and Protein Supplements

If you decide to order there, let me know and I will get a coupon code for you.

That site looks great. I would be grateful if you could get me a coupon code. Also I plan on working out 3 times a week both cardio and weights, at about 6-8PM, and I need to know when it would be best to drink the mix (ie after workout, before workout, every night, every morning, etc) and what would be the best percentages to add to the mix.

11.67

Milk Protein Isolate - 30%
Micellar Casein - 30%
Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration -40%

the price includes aminogen and BSL flavouring and is in Canadian currency - trueprotein.ca. In US funds it's $10.53/lb. Shipping is extra

discount code BTR777

You will want to adjust the above if you want to add dextrose or whatever.

So no whey protein concentrate or egg protein?
yes I plan on adding dextrose and creatine, but I'm new to this so I don't know how should I be modifying the percentages to make room for dextrose and creatine. Thanks for helping me adjust these and for the code

Nah you dont need those.

55% Maltodextrin
5% Dextrose
30% High Grade Hyrolyzed Whey Isolate
5% BCAAs
5% Gluatamine

This is a close idea of whats in Surge.
