It's been about a week, and I am my same old self. No change in energy, and sessions are progressing at the same pace. so i do think i am immune to it..or like mreik said before..have not trained long enough or hard enough to let the creatine work...

Howdy malkore,

Creatine kinase is that enzyme. After creatine has joined with a phosphate molecule (creating phosphocreatine)its able to join with ADP through the creatine kinase reaction thus forming (through conversion) creatine and ATP.

There are many studies showing creatine presents no benefit what so ever. While the majority show other wise. These do show how not everyone seems to benefit as much as others.

However, beyond physiological systems, more likely the cause of people not seeing a benefit is simply what mreik said.

IF you push yourself to the max, creatine will give you another inch to push. If you don't push to the max, the extra inch has gone un-noticed.
