If you keep the fat and carbs, but reduce the protein, where you going to get extra calories from?

Calories come from protein, carbs, and fats....

I don't think you understand basic nutrition, or you'd know that lowering the protein and upping the calories without carbs or fats is IMPOSSIBLE.

not trying to be a ****, but you need to go back to the nutrition 101 stickies and get a strong grasp on macro nutrients and why you need certain amounts of each, before you go digging for supplements that don't exist.

I never said i wanted to lower the fats and carbs i get a really good amount of them a day, just lower protein.

the only reason i asked for something like this is because i was told that i was getting to much protein in my diet and that i should go down to about 150g a day, now i just read that for my weight i should be back up to around 250g, i was just really confused. so im going to back up to 250g a day and back to my lovely whey.
