Soy Protein

I just purchased a 14 serving container of soy protein. It has 20g of protein per serving. How should I be taking this incorporating it with my workout? I'm 15 years old and i'm doing all baseball pitching specific workouts.

I'm new to all of this stuff so bear with me.
Thanks

Take it back and exchange for whey protein if you can.

That's assuming you're not a vegan.

Protein powder is just food. Do some searching in the nutrition forum to learn how you need to eat, and that will dictate whether you need a protein supplement or not.
no more than 2 protein shakes a day.
