super pump 250
I hear that this product can make you very vascular. As a woman im a bit nervous about that. Recently i have noticed a major amount of veins in my arms when i am working out. I have heard that it can be due to a low body fat............which is probably true with me. I just dont want them all over my body. Does anyone take this supplement? if so, did you become veiny....and when you stop taking this would your veins stop popping out? Also..........how long can you stay on this supplement?

I've gone on NOxplode and superpump250, two very similar products (everyone has an opinion on which is better) I like superpump as I find it doesnt upset my stomach which I found with the NoXplode. Basically you go through a bottle and then take some time off, but in your case, as a woman, I'm guessing you'd do half that, take half size servings and go through half a bottle, take 2-4 weeks off then do the other half. I don't really find that it increases my veins popping out but I do get a great pump during and after my workouts and the energy and focus is great too. Hope that helps.

I am pretty sure that NO supplements are meant for guys only. Super pump is crap any way.

supplements like that are a poor way to help your lifting.
the only supplement you should consider is a protein...

These 'pump' supplements are only meant for people who don't know any better.
Avoid them. the only particularly useful supplements are protein, a good multivitamin, and fish oil caps.
creatine also works, if it fits into your goals.
