Ok, the wrestling season is starting soon, which means I need to start cutting weight. So I am gonna discontinue my use of creatine for the season, and I now need a good supplement that wouldn't add weight like creatine, and would be easy to burn off to help lose weight. I was looking at Muscle Milk Light as an option, but I was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions.

Yes it is an Advocare product, and no you don't have to sign up you can buy it retail from a distributor...
Catalyst is pretty much amino acids(buidling blocks of protein) It protects your muscle so that your body does not use it for energy, instead it uses fat.
This product was formulated at the request of the coach, for the 1996 US Olympic wrestling team. The idea was to make sure they were the strongest in their weight class, instead of being the weaker wrestler in the next weight class. It quickly gained popularity once the secret was out
I just looked at Advocare and in fact you can get these supplements in better quantities in most protein supplements and save some money. For example, Isopure.
