hi im quite new to building up (about 6months into it) im pretty small anyway so im not expecting to be arnie or anything but i was wondering which supplements help?

Ive heard creatine is alright but gives you a bit of bad stomach which is bad seen as i work in an office half the day,
ive also heard about maxi-muscle? but i dont really know anythign about it.

What do you mean 'creatien gives you a bit of bad stomach'. You mean upset stomach? Gas? Mud butt?
you only need creatine, 3-5g, post workout in your shake.

ive never had it personally but everyone i know has, there is a possibility they were taking too much but i dont think 3-4 people would be doing that
