Supplements for females? Help.
Im a 27 year old female 5'7" who wants to lean up. I take a multiviatmin called opti-women made by On* Im wondering what supplements other than the vitamin I could/should take. I want to get rid of water weight, help with muscle growth and I have problems with really dry skin. Any ideas on what I should take, and any advice on things that Im not thinking about?

same as fish oil...hence why you really only need one or the other. fish oil is a little better as it has real EPA and DHA, while flaxseed contains ALA which the body converts to EPA and DHA via enzymes.
the conversion rate isn't great. then agian, neither is the taste of fish oil

For EFA's you can have Flaxseed, Fish and Starflower oil capsules (all in one) so that you get Omega 3, 6 and 9 all in one go.
