Time for a new protein shake

Im looking for a pure why protein supplement. I used to take this:

Holland and Barrett - Product details for Whey Protein

It was £15 at the time and wondering if anyone could reccomend one for a cheaper price and better is possible. Ive heard PHD is good and I do like the look of maximuscle extreme but this seems very expensive and is it worth it?

Ps. Im currently on a cut and trying to eat 2.3k calories...

Thanks~

yer in the UK right?

I'd go for Optimum Nutrition 100% gold standard whey, or for a few pounds more, their Pro-complex.

protein powder is not magic stuff, so you're right to think you don't have to spend a fortune to get decent protein supplements. you don't wanna go dirt cheap either, as some protein supps are low quality.

but ON's stuff is good.
