| | This is a great thread. Its changed my pwo shake a lot.
picked up my dextrose today and man that stuff is sweet. Had to add a lime juice to bring it down a touch.
What brand/flavor protien do you use, My banana stuff is really not working with the dextrose.
I have not used many suppliments in the past, I made great gains with food and whey shakes and wanted to hold off the suppliment for as long as I could.
What was my kitchen worktop now looks more like a pharmacy!!! |

Now I have the chocolate Nitrean, and its not as sweet to begin with, so the dextrose isn't so overpowering with it.
but i don't think you can get nitrean in the UK |

Actually i've trained harder and longer eaxch day every for more yrs than most ppl can imagine.. i am, also fml , usually between 43 and 345 kgs... have passed army recruitment eying off the SAS.. have been qualified in health/fitness and nutrition for 15 + yrs, and can probably both outperform aand kick your as* if pressed, and have a higher IQ ( for what that's worth )than most ppl most places.  .
