I finish working out at around 8PM and then take one serving of the shake (30g).
I usually do 3 times/week weights and 4-5 times/week
HIIT... probably 1-2 days a week I do weights and then
HIIT, but I always have problems sleeping regardless. The
HIIT is 5 minutes of warm-up, 20 minutes
HIIT, 5 minutes cool-down. Weights is probably 1 hour and a half and I usually do a total of 6-8 exercises.
No caffeine, it gives me anxiety.
