Look for something that's not corn based; most vitamin C that you'll buy comes from GMO corn.

Any brand that contains Ester C is a fine choice. It is better if it's "Mineral Ascorbates" ...The "cheapest" form of Vitamin C is Ascorbic Acid. The body absorbs little of it and it also does a fine job of killing friendly bacteria in the intestines.
