| | | No, diet pills will only help you about 3%. So if your not dieting and training hard you wont even notice any difference.
Diet pills are just caffiene. They just use fancy names to trick you into buying a cheap product for a hell of a lot of money. |

| | | bah, diet pills won't even help you 3%. they are a gimmick. at most, they help suppress appetite, but if you eat less, the body adapts to less food, so you'll lose a couple pounds, and then be stuck again, and have less energy to do things.
proper eating
weight training
cardio exercise
these are the 3 necessary components for weight loss. |

| | | There are some pills that could potentially help you lose weight via means other than appetite suppression (ephedra-based) but, I would never, ever recommend taking them outside of a training regime and, only for short periods whilst cutting. It would also be prudent to consult a doctor before taking them as they increase heart rate, core body temperature and blood pressure as well as suppressing appetite.
But, as a quick fix for someone too lazy to train and not interested in eating cleanly - nothing will work long term. |

| | | And, even if you took an ephedra based 'fat burner'...it won't make up for a crappy diet. They only work to speed up diet and exercise based fat loss...most helpful near the end of a cutting cycle for those 'last few pounds'. |

| | | ive been on 4 different kinds of those pills, including ephedra. i dont reccommend them tho. my sister took ephedra for almost 2 years i think but got highly addicted. she got so used to it that she had to up the dosage a lot. but i have to say, she lost about 20-25lbs. she also works out every so often. but her diet was horrible. it makes you not hungry and when she did it, it was like a piece of cheese, or some m&ms. it did help her want to be more active though. it makes you feel like you can do anything. she finally got off of it because she realized it also made her aggravated easily. she actually looks really good tho. she was never fat but it helped her lose stomach, thigh, and butt weight for sure. its not the healthy way to lose weight, but it can work. for me the pills helped me lose like 4 lbs but i stopped taking them after two weeks of using them. huge money waste. oh and you get side effects like your face feels like you have a fever. sometimes i felt like puking too.
