| | | If its not real good with milk try a different brand. Really you should be mixing it with water for a post workout drink to allow for fast digestion. So if it tastes bad with milk, its gunna be real bad with water. There are plenty of brands that taste half decent, try a few and see what you like. |

| | | Milk shouldnt be that bad, make sure that you use low fat milk it tends to mix better. It might just be the brand you are using. I cant drink any american protein because it is jus wayyyyyy to sweet for me. |
