What to mix with...

a Whey Protein mix? Because with milk... its not that very good. I tried Banana's and Whip Cream. I even tried it with Banana's, Whip Cream, and Vector Cereal.

If its not real good with milk try a different brand. Really you should be mixing it with water for a post workout drink to allow for fast digestion. So if it tastes bad with milk, its gunna be real bad with water. There are plenty of brands that taste half decent, try a few and see what you like.

Try it with water.. Many whey protein powders taste better with water.

Is that PWO? Milk has casein which is slow digesting, while the advantage of whey powder is that it is goes through your system fast.

Milk shouldnt be that bad, make sure that you use low fat milk it tends to mix better. It might just be the brand you are using. I cant drink any american protein because it is jus wayyyyyy to sweet for me.

A study such as this one supports whey with casein.
