--Fish Oil
--Flax Oil

| | Supplements: - Fish Oil (every day)
- Flax oil (every day)
- Dag Oil (mainly when leaning down, and on a deficit)
- Protein Powder (used mostly when wanting to gain weight around normal eating, and less to nearly non-existent when dieting down, prefer hard longer digestion foods within this period)
- Multi-vitamin (every day)
- Creatine Mono: When wanting to increase weight (more water retention)
- Creatine Ethyl Ester: When leaning down at a certain point (less or no water retention)
And that's it. Nothing remarkable.

Creatine (on workout days, to lessen soreness)
The whey and creatine are at my fiance's "expert" suggest :P The flax oil and greens powder I add to my smoothies to feel like I'm doing something healthy. |
