hmmm, I take nothing, I just try and keep my protein content high by eating a lot of beef, nuts and chicken. I should at least be taking fish oils though, just been a bit lazy with that

Fiber supplement (precaution when away from home and eating strange foods haha)
Whey protein (on workout days)
Creatine (on workout days, to lessen soreness)
The whey and creatine are at my fiance's "expert" suggest :P The flax oil and greens powder I add to my smoothies to feel like I'm doing something healthy.

I'm surprised none of you takes crap like BSN NoExplode and other stuff like that.
