| | | Whats better than Creatine? I have being taking creatine tablets for about 3 weeks now as I moved on from the powder as it was just not my thing.
The tablets are ok and I see the affects kick in on my stomach which I am happy about and with the weight lifting it has helped me go on for longer which I am glad about too.
Just I feel that the affects begin to break down ever so often on my chest and arms and I was wondering if there is anything better than creatine? |

| | | first off, its 'effects'...not 'affects'.
secondly, Creatine helps your body process energy. that's all it does. a side effect is water retention, but most don't notice any change in appearance, just an increase of a pound or two of water weight.
I'm not sure what you think creatine does, but it's not any sort of miracle powder.
Most supplement don't do what they claim (NO2 products for example). Anything beyond that is going to fall under anabolic steriods, pro-hormones or pro-steriods...and if they are real, they are drugs and likely illegal because of the side effects associated with them. |

Ok first off why do you have to act so nasty to people and correct there grammar? This is a FITNESS forum. If you want to correct people goto some kind of grammar forum. He never asked you to correct his grammar, If you want to help people fine but stay on topic!!
Secondly creatine doesnt ONLY help your body procress energy, I dont know why your so in denial about creatine not doing anything but give you energy. Creatine supports muscle size, strength, power and recovery for exercise and that means a LOT when your trying to get bigger and stronger.
Next time you go around saying creatine sucks read up on it a bit, here ill help you out and give you a link. http://www.bodyfortress.com/pages/pr...ail.aspx?PID=2

And unless you have factual evidence for each of the things you think creatine does, don't offer advice. Bad advice spreads like wildfire.
And yes, all creatine does is give you energy. A side effect is water retention. That is all, please don't take everything an advertiser tells you to heart, you will be taken for rides all the time.
EDIT** hey mok(lol im used to you being gone), he used the wrong 'your'. It's 'you're' haha
