Whey Protein

Ok so since thursday ive been working out 2 times a day and i take the protein in the morning then after i workout...is that good to do cuz ive never had anyone really tell me a good time to take it

Thats fine. The protein is just to supplement your diet needs.

woking out 2 times a day? Unless you are roiding I would look into setting up a proper training plan.

I was about to say, the question here shouldn't be about protein, it should be about twice daily training.

If you didn't know the answer as to when to take protein, then there's no way you're advanced enough in your training to be able to handle twice daily training, without quickly overtraining.

nooo i have a workout plan and stuff i do..but i take my protein in the morning, and after my workouts...but i was just sayin should i take it before or after and stuff like that

ok, answering your question, most people take protein powders immediately post workout, because the body needs nutrients, esp. protein and simple carbs, right after a hard workout.

But again, 2 workouts a day is madness. You're gonna slip into overtraining within an extremely short time frame, and no matter how often you take protein your body will still suffer, make no gains, and likely fall prone to an injury of some sort.

pro athletes and pro bodybuilders with YEARS of hardcore training under their belts can pull off two-a-day workouts.
I don't believe you fall into that category. I know I don't.
