I just bought ANATOR P70 and naNOx9, but I still have some Whey
Protein.
Normally, I workout everyday by 11:00 am and I was wondering if it is a good ideia to take Whey
Protein in my breakfast and at night before going to bed. In addition, I am planning to take ANATOR P70 immediatly after the workout. Regarding the naNOx9, i am planning to take it immediatly before the workout and before going to bed as well.
What you guys think about it? Good ideia or too much
protein in a day? I dont wanna get fat hehe. Thanks.
