Whey Protein + ANATOR P70 + naNOx9
Hello there =)
I just bought ANATOR P70 and naNOx9, but I still have some Whey Protein.
Normally, I workout everyday by 11:00 am and I was wondering if it is a good ideia to take Whey Protein in my breakfast and at night before going to bed. In addition, I am planning to take ANATOR P70 immediatly after the workout. Regarding the naNOx9, i am planning to take it immediatly before the workout and before going to bed as well.
What you guys think about it? Good ideia or too much protein in a day? I dont wanna get fat hehe. Thanks.

Thats too many supplements. Get your diet straight. The whey protein sounds good the other stuff sounds like too expensive crap.

You really spent all that money on those two products?
Take the protein if you're not getting enough through food.
