I'm a 21 year old male who's very active. I have been weight training for over 2 years on and off, and have in the past 4 months picked up greatly in my cardio routines. I've dieted my way down from 194 to 172 over a span of the past 3 months, and am looking to cut down more.

I took creatine back in the day, and definitely reaped the benefits. I'm looking to start that up again, and plan on using good ole' Cell Tech.

Now my question relates to Xenadrine. I haven't started using it yet, but I've heard good things about the EFX, and figured it would probably aid if I pump up my cardio routines. My problem is that I don't know if there are any abnormal/unhealthy side effects when combined with a creatine monohydrate.

Should I be concerned if I combine these two supplements into my diet?

I've always enjoyed the Xanadrine RFA...I have yet to try the EFX...I gotta have my ephedrine...helps my asthma.
