Thread: Xyience Formula Help!!

I am 15 and a little small for my age. I was looking at the Xyience supplements and was wondering if they are good or bad for me? And if so what supplements do you recommend? Thanks for the help guys!

I recommend lots of food, a multi-vitamin, fish oil, and a multi-mineral.
