Oh, man, that's funny. I caught myself doing this earlier. I immediately chastised myself, but then I started to rationalize it, which went something like...

Ill tell you what i do that i dont mean to sometimes....
When pushing, i sometimes put my lips together and sometimes this little high pitched fart noise comes out, dunno why n it just makes me look a ****.

Going to the gym and working out is hard enough for me but lately it’s been kind of rough. First the gym I go to is a "fitness center" and not a real gym. I guess it’s to bring in people that don’t want a real gym. Now I wish there was a real gym close to me but there isn’t. Lately since I’ve been spending more time in the gym, I’ve notice several annoying things.
First annoying thing is ridiculous amount of stretching that people do. Especially guys. I wish I had a taser for every time a guy bends over and starts stretching in front of me. Nobody wants to see somebody’s chicken legs flex out.

I saw a guy doing what looked like quarter squat GM's this morning, it was like he was greeting a japanese guy the mirror, his shoulders moved a tiny bit but God knows what he thought he was doing

LMAO, i know what you mean. Some people think they are squatting and they are using their back for most of the lift. Funny sh!t.

If anybody reads my journal then they seen the guy who benched 405 story. Well I went to the gym yesterday and he was there, squatting. I was surprised to see, well 405 on the bar. Needless to say it was about a 1/8th ROM squat.
Then he dropped down to 135 for some 1/4 front squats.

The gym manager was spotting me on the bench press the other day, I was on the last rep and giving it all I had and suddenly some spit came flying out of my mouth and hit him in the face!

Oh yeah, this one's not funny, but more awkward. I'm doing good mornings when this lanky dude walks up to his little friend and kisses him. Then they do this little makeout thing. I thought I was in 'Brokeback gym'
