Some people think they are squatting and they are using their back for most of the lift. Funny sh!t. |

| | | If anybody reads my journal then they seen the guy who benched 405 story. Well I went to the gym yesterday and he was there, squatting. I was surprised to see, well 405 on the bar. Needless to say it was about a 1/8th ROM squat.
Then he dropped down to 135 for some 1/4 front squats. |
