I used to weigh around 165 or maybe near 170 a few months ago... All i did to cut down was just eat healthy and do a bit of
HIIT and bodyweight excersises... Situps, Pushups, Squats... I know every body is different and you might not get the same results in the same time but my suggestion is cut down on the soda, the juices with added sugar, and on the saturated fats... Try to get enough protein in your body, and workout... Cardio I did more than 5 times a week... But i did take a break off the bodyweight excersises to let the muscles rest...
