I assume you want to lose fat. If this is the case, which likely it is, KNOW RIGHT NOW that it takes TIME. You're DREAMING if you think you can loose everything in a few short months. This takes almost 1 full year of ACTUALLY STICKING TO IT to get what you want.

Anyways, I recommend that you keep on skateboarding. You enjoy it, and you burn calories, VERY good. I would also recommend weight training, and even cardio for fat loss.

Stay away from saturated fats, and sweets. Eat lotsa fruits, vegetables, ect. Sweets sure are tempting, but sweets are not as SWEET as your results that you could get without them.

No, sadly I do not use Aim. -__-'' Sorry.

Anyways, many people think of dieting as "oh no, I have to eat all that crap..". Which I found to be rather untrue. Salads are good, don't get me wrong, but they dont make the diet. You just have to generally eat good foods. Think of it this way; when people look at food, they ASSUME if its good or bad for them, and a lot of the time they're pretty accurate. Do that. Just stay away from sweets, though, its self explanitory, and butter and margarine. Basically, almost all of those things that are solid at room temps, like pastes, arent all that great. Its the single bonds they posses that make them the saturated fats, and those are bad.

Yes.

Orange juice and most juices in general have a pretty high glycemic index, which means that your insulin levels come up quick by consuming it. As a dieter, you want to have your insulin levels pretty stable to avoid storaging energy to adipose tissue (fat). But it does have some vitamin c, and it's not that easy to get too much fluids, so if you get tired of water, you can drink some juice also, especially during/after being physically active, when a bit higher insulin levels won't be of any harm even for dieters.

Body fat calc... i dont think its 100% right .. but yah..

Body fat percentage: 17.1%
Healthy body fat standard: 13% (Cooper Clinic adjusted for age)
Fat weight: 23.6 lbs.
Lean weight:114.4 lbs.
Target body weight: 131.5 lbs. (Your current weight minus the fat loss for health without any muscle gain)
Desired weight loss: 6.5 lbs. (The fat loss needed to reach a healthy level without muscle gain)
Body fat level: poor
Suggested Exercise Level: general reconditioning, physical exam recommended

so i actually gott loose about 6.5 ( not muscle... ) i dont think thats right , i didnt use a string messure , dont have 1 i had to use the metal 1.. so .. how long you guys think it will take to loose 6.5 lbs ?

i've gotten a picture.. ( attached file ) comments, and help.

Tom,

You seem to have drive and that is a good thing. However, if you want to go to the beach next year with a fitter, stronger body, consistency is key. And you probably won't be consistent for long eating the way you mentioned. You need to eat more and not just fruit. Eat some protein. Eat lunch at school too. When I was in school, if I skipped lunch I would come home and want to binge. You should eat some eggs for breakfast (if you like them). If you don't like the school lunches (they aren't always healthy either) bring your own. Pack a sandwich on some whole wheat bread. Then you can have some of that fruit you like so much . I hope this helps. I saw your pic and you will do just fine. You do need to eat though. Especially with all that jogging and working out you plan on doing. Your body needs the fuel.
