Ok, so anyways all I want to do is lose the fat on my chest/stomach. I am skinny but when I sit down then i'm chubby. I want to get abs and I read the sticky. so basically all I need to do is burn more calories than to intake and then eat fruits, vegies, oats, eggs, fish and stuff like that with protein and carbs and then do HIIT or just cardio work out by running the track about 3 or 4 times a week. is that all I need to do?
i'm 18 and about 5'7" and 145 pounds, I am skinny but I have a slab of fat on my belly hiding my abs.
