Hey guys, about a month ago today I wrote on here for advice, and got some great stuff from Wesrman.
The background again: 6'1 270lbs, involuntarily single, drinking too much, smoker, depressed.
On the 10th of December I gave up drinking, and on the 20th I gave up smoking. Haven't had a drop or a puff of either since, and I went to my first Thai boxing lesson the day before yesterday - and the compliments are pouring in
I'm still too afraid to weigh myself, however I'm a belt notch smaller, and my legs (where weight accumulates on me) are much slimmer and I'm able to wear my old jeans.
So, update over (and thanks, I don't know why but this forum seems to have caught on with me) so: What's the best way to balance and integrate the following so I can shore up and continue the way I have been?
1. Weights
2. Running
3. Thai Boxing (Min once per week, Max 2-3)
