Am I losing the plot?

As some of you may know I am back training after a very long break and I've begun to take it really serious these past few months.I have at least 3 short term goals ahead over the next 6 months to keep me focused.

I have noticed a change esp in how my clothes fit and a few people have also mentioned that I have lost weight, BUT...

...As the title suggests or is my mind having a big laugh at my expense?

What I mean is, today for example (rest day) I saw my reflection and to me I looked not to far off what I looked like 6 months ago which is impossible!!

Another thing is that 'I think' that I look better after a workout than I did before and at this stage I think I may be going a bit cuckoo.

Maybe I'm just having a bad day today, but I won't be deterred.

I know I'm eating right, training right and having my rest days in between, hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

The clothes dont lie! Nor do the 3rd party perspectives! haha

do you have pictures of yourself from your starting point(s)? I too get used to my image after a while and it bugs me out sometimes. But like I said the clothes don't lie!
keep going!!
