| | | Best Protein Shake for Breakfast? Hey folks, I'm needing a little more protein in the morning so I decided to throw a shake in there. I was wondering what your all's favorite brand/flavor is, and which one will be best in weight loss.
Thanks |

Their unflavored WPI is the cheapest you'll find and works a treat. |

| | | Another easy way to get more protein aside from a shake is to just stir some protein powder into oatmeal in the morning. |

natural peanut butter | I agree. ON stuff is delicious. I ran out and starting using a tub of Now Sports Protein Natural Vanilla a friend of mine bought, but didn't open. It is horrible. Anyone remember the Weider weight gain products from the early 80s? That's what this crap tastes like. Uggh...it smells like celery. The ON stuff mixes up a lot easier too. |

| | | You want a decent Whey protein which has all the fast acting proteins in the morning.
I now use Sci-Mx Whey and Pure Protein, both are good tasting. I take the pure protein before bed as it contains all the slow release proteins. |
