Cardio. A well balanced cardio with a good diet, not just cutting calories, but eating healthy portions of natural and unprocessed foods. Lowered calories is the objective, but skipping breakfast for example, will stunt your metabolism that day. So don't starve yourself. You will gain instead of lose.

I am confused, did you lose 7 lbs but gain 15 lbs of LBM? Huh?

What was your starting weight and how much do you weigh now?

I think this is why I stay the same on my cut. (Only been doing it for 3weeks though). On a friday/saturday and sunday I tend to wake at 11am so im missing breakfast.

Big fault

I am sure your lean body mass did not change that much. Probably inaccuracy of the body fat measurement.

I agree. Get a professional test done. The home scale tests don't work to well. And since my muscle mass went over 50% I can't even use them. So its not the most accurate thing to use. Try going by your local gym. They should have a way to test.

Yeah probably. If you don't eat breakfast, weather its a glass of water and a banana or just a piece of whole wheat toast and natural peanut butter, your metabolism won't kick in. My experience: no breakfast - no weight loss that day.

And what kind of test was it? Was it one of those electronic ones where you hold the handles? Was it one of the ones where you stand on a scale with metals plates?

Well as I've been lectured on the accuracy of calipers I'll pass the info along...they are innaccurate and bring in too much human error.
