Breaking a sweat without doing much?

Ever since I have been going to the gym and having a good consistant workout routine, it seems like the littlest things I do make me sweat. Yesterday I was just picking up a pile of clothes and doing laundry for about 5 mins I started to sweat like I was running. Or for example I was just washing dishes and I started to sweat like I was running. This is not the only times this has happened, it just seems like the least effort things I do make me sweat. This has never happened to me before. Does anyone know what is up with that?

Increase in metabolic activity raises your internal temperature level. This can lead to more frequent sweating in the beginning of a steady workout habit.

Perfectly normal and actually saying that you are on the right track

So my metabolism is speeding/sped up? That must mean I can burn more fat.
