bulking and cutting in 3 week intervals?

Would this work lets say if I bulked for 3 weeks, then cut for 3 weeks, then repeated this for about 3-4 months instead of doing a 2 1/2 month bulk then cut for 1 1/2th months

If you need to cut for 6 weeks after a 10 week bulk then you are eating too much.

If you eat properly you can minimise fat gains and make cutting the fat a much easier task if necessary at all. Try going for a 10 week bulk, 2-3 week cut cycle.

Gaining substantial mass takes a lot more time and patience than people think. Bulking for three weeks at a time is not long enough IMO.

I agree with JTM, it's to short a cycle for you to have any gains. I would normally go for 4 to 6 months cycle before i would even start thinking of cutting. You need to be careful with your diet as well, think of the what you're eating, take your high carb foods after training, make sure that you don't train with a full stomach and cut down on carbs after 18:00.

I normally go on a cutting diet twice a year, just to see what's happening, but i make sure that it doesn't take me more than 3 weeks.
