Not to discourage your desire to workout but that isn't a healthy goal. In short someone your size and weight shouldn't lose more than 1 pound a week. More than that and you will lose muscle and have that "skinny fat" look which is not very nice looking. You can however give nice tone to your body and look better in a month than you do now and achieve your overall goal just a little slower, just have some patience with it.
As far as your routine and diet it needs some work.
You need healthy carbs, protein every meal and good fats. There is alot posted here on all that just search around for a bit.
And 200 crunches isn't going to do anything for you. You can't spot reduce nor work you abs that much. Just do a good full body routine 3 days a week and cardio 5-6 days a week. Making sure to allow for a rest day. Again lots of info on the board check out the FAQ's posted at the top in different sections.
