I'm completely motivated and ready to get into shape, I've joined a gym, and am ready to begin working on building a healthier body. I'm 6'2 and weigh around 170, with around 19% body fat. I have absolutely no muscle definition, and hope to see results after 6 months to a year.
My question is, what type of
diet would be good for me if I want to burn body fat and see definition. I don't want to get big as far as muscle, just defined. I realize that 90% of it is how you eat, so what would "the day in the life" of myself be as far as a
diet, ie. breakfast, lunch, dinner, and any snacks. Some things I really enjoy are peanut butter, chicken breast, veggies such as spinach and practically any green, tuna, etc.
