Cardio
I don't think it matters. I do the same thing to get my blood flowing. Some might say it is a btter idea to do it after because then you have more energy to put into lifting. I think you should do what ever you're moree comfortable with.

If you choose to do cardio and weights in the same session, I'd perform weights first followed by cardio.

Agree with LV. Most people will want to do weights first and then cardio. You want to be as fresh as possible to lift a heavy weight. This is safer and gives you more bang for the buck.

I do have to say I get way more out of my weight lifting routine since I switched it to cardio after.

I would do a 5 minute warm up regardless.. hit the weights and then if you really want do your cardio. Just remember.. If you work out for 1.5 hours or so.. then do cardio for 30 minutes, you are going to be running the risk of lbm loss.. And if you are one of those protein/mrp shake during the workout types of people, you are going to be lowering your GH levels.
Depending on how often each week you like to do cardio, i would switch back and forth between cardio and lifting days. Thats just me. If you run 5 days each week it would be hard to alternate.
