cardio - question

I get tired easily so I'd prefer not running/walking, but I'm sure there isn't anything else I can do to get rid of a belly correct? On my treadmill, it takes me almost 20 minutes to run a mile. I don't have a bicycle either, how about jumprope?

Jumping rope is great, but it's just as exhausting if done at a good pace. Frankly, "getting tired easily" is a pretty weak excuse. How do you think you are going to build better endurance?

Swimming is excellent exercise too...
