Coconut oil helped me lose weight

I went from a blubbery 190 lbs to 175 lbs since I got off commercial breads, which are made using "plastic" (hydrogenated) oils. My wife makes bread with coconut oil, and every other factor held constant, I lost 15 lbs. My wife didn't lose anything, because she was already thin. I lost it where I wanted to lose it most - in the gut. You can see my "after" picture in the link below.
