Should i take a fat stripper? Protein? Creatine? Multi-Vits?
My aim is to turn the un-defined belly into slight abs/flat, lose the love handles, gain a little definition around the pecs and maybe shoulders/arms

| | | Holy crap?!? Is that all you eat?
My advice is simple - Eat more & lift more
Suppliments will not strip fat or build muscle, that's the job of a good diet and training program
Ready the nutrition stickies as a matter of urgency and once you've got an idea about what you should be eating move onto the weight training 101 sticky. |

| | | If that is really all you're eating, you're eating way too little. That's not even 1500 calories, and that's way, way below what you should be eating. I recommend reviewing your diet, and finding ways to eat more food.
Supplements can wait. Supplements are just as the name suggests.... supplements to your diet. When you're eating close to nothing, supplements won't help - most supplements clearly says on the back, "Don't use this product as the sole source of nutrition."
Also, you can ask your football coach for some advice on weight training and nutritional advices. Whether or not it's European soccer and American football, I think the coach can offer some solid advices.

I know it seems like you're hitting the turbo-button and kickin' it up hardcore when you eat like this...but really: you're body can only metabolize and breakdown fat at a certain rate.
A 500-calorie (or 20%) deficit is your most effective, optimal & efficient approach to losing FAT. Eating less then this will result in decreasing glycogen reserves, the associated water to store that glycogen and some lean-muscle that your body can afford to shed in what it now perceives is a famine....along with compromising your metabolism, etc. In short, it may seem really good...but what you are doing is long-term bad & counter-productive to your intention to succeed.
Sometimes you just can't slam-out a change over night. I admire your dedication and hardcore intentions...but if success is your goal, then it's the long-term approach that gets you there! Quote:

What should i add to the Diet above to increase my chance's of succeeding? | I'm no expert, but I can tell you that I lost 13 pounds in 4 weeks (just one more than you) and I eat way more than what youre eating, but I also worked out twice a week with a little bit of weights.
