| | | does it matter when you eat breakfast? I get to work at 6am. Sometimes I dont or can't eat breakfast until about 8 or 9 am is that okay? Or to make breakfast count do I need to eat as early as possible after getting up? I know that break fast starts your metabolism so thats why I ask. thanks! |
