fat loss ideas

Hey there, I am new to this forum and find it quite interesting, so I though I would ask your opinion on my problem. I am 120 lbs and 14% body fat, female. Have been working out for 3 years now and currently a personal trainer. I would like to go down on body fat at least 4-5% more, but it seems like the lower I go the harder it gets. I understand compeletely why that is, but it doesnt help with getting results.
The problem itself is that I work two jobs and have very little time to rest and recover, because of which I cannot workout as much as I can. I work out about 30 minutes to an hour 6 days a week, doing mainly compound movements, high intensity and not very high volume. I keep within the 2-6 rep range and 3-5 sets per exercise. I prioritize things like pull ups and push ups which have always been challenging for me. I have done no cardio in the last 5 months (no, really, I hate doing cardio in the gym, but now that spring is here I am starting to run in the mornings).
I have been on a low carb, relatively high fat diet for over a year now, and that has helped me drop fat% from 18 to 14. Weight is the same though.
What could I do to throw my body into a faster burning mode having in mind I cannot have very intense or long w/outs cuz I get burnt out and unmotivated. At this point I am not interested in taking fat burners or anything like that. 10x

I'd try varying your reps from session to session. Try doing 12-15 reps one session, 6-8 the next and 4-5 the next. Some variety is always good for breaking the boredom and breaking through plateaus, and higher reps are generally considered conducive to reducing body fat.

Thanks for your advice
You kno, ever since I started training other people I feel a leak of ideas as far as my own body is concerned. Seems like all the motivation and energy I have for myself have become relocated towards them and now I read and ask for other people's advice. Spooky stuff.
Seems like an interesting idea to vary my reps, I do it with other people and it works. I just dont enjoy doing low weight as strength has been a priority for a very long time now. Doing pull ups is so much more motivating than doing high reps. Anyhow, I might try that too.
TRied HIIT for 30 mins today, just incline walking. Will try it jogging this week. Will keep you posted. Cheers
