Fat Loss and Muscle Tone???

I have been on a strict fitness regime for the last 18 days. I have gone from 14st to 13st 5lbs due to "theromobol", "promax diet" and 2 protein filled meals a day as well as the odd peice of fruit here and there. my fitness regime includes 5 days in the gym (3 days on the weights and 2 days on the exercise bike (24mins, lv6, 10-11km)). Does anyone know whether the quick amount of weight loss is a temporary thing or is that my current weight. Many people have told me that its water loss or something, however i'm not too sure. I feel that i look slimmer and my muscles (arms, chest and shoulders have got more defined). Is the bike exercise regime that i am currently doing a good way to lose fat? And does anybody have any training tips that i could use, i would be very grateful for any help offered:\?

Beaver, save your money, and focus on fine-tuning your diet and macro nutrients, these are the only two pills that really work.

No over-the-counter pill will out gun a bad diet and a bad combination of macro nutrients.

Are you really going to take this one post at face value, young man, without investigating the ingredients in Thermobol before you decide to put these pills in your mouth?

Like with most over-the-counter fat burners, its highest concentration of ingredients are caffeine based and various tea combinations, and two ingredients called, Synephrine and Bioperine. Do you know what these two last aforementioned ingredients are? What they do? Have you stepped out of the manufacturers soap box, and investigated quality research (if any) to support the claims? Be skeptical until "quality" information says otherwise.

Always get your work done, before deciding to take any supplement. It weeds out the BS.

Focus your attention where it needs to be, and you know where this is.

Best wishes

Chillen

Grrr. Put on 2lbs in me third week of cutting. I might cut down on the bread for breakfast. Only have 2 pieces with cottage cheese at not 3. In the gym I may focuse on doing heavy full body workouts twice a week and the other 2x hard on cardio....
