As for subbing the pulldown, you can do some pullovers or high level DB face pulls with pronated grip.
You don't have to have cones, anything that spaces things out will do fine.
As far as Cosgrove goes 1) I am sure I will pay for that from my blog, but hey got him to comment, not to shabby

2) His Afterburn program is excellent, all his programs are. I don't look at this program as being in competition with others, more so just being another great program you can break out and have fun with that takes into account the 3 principals I feel are the most important in a fat loss program.
