Help me!! Hey ok so my mom is having her wedding in mexico in two months, and i want to be a good shape when i go there.
I just finished up with wrestling season and i need help on what to do to clean up my fat and get a six-pack.
Im 6'1 and 160 lbs.
Please give me advice on what to do -
here are the pics sorry, couldnt figure out how to put the pictures up before. -
potential for six-pack ok well i guess i know what im going to hear,
diet is everything, and i need to exercise a lot.
however, i want to know about how much body fat i currently have, and how much i have to lose to obtain a six-pack. I hear its around 10%, and im guessing im probably close to 20%.
Cutting out fast-food is a good option, however i find it nearly impossible so i will try to cut back.
So if anyone could give me any tips or let me know how much i have to lose, then it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks! -
You're going to display your six pack at a wedding?
Fast food is usually calorie dense and bad for you. If you must, stick with deli sandwiches, turkey or grilled chicken, vegetables, mustard, no cheese, no mayonnaise, whole wheat bread.
The big fast food chains do have nutrition information on the web. Read it and be scared away by the trans-fat and other nastiness. For example, at McDonald's, a Big Mac and large fries has 1110 calories in only 13.5 ounces of food (the large fries actually has more calories than the Big Mac, 570 vs. 540). Included are 9.5g of trans-fat, 16g of saturated fat (21% of calories from both types of bad fats combined), and 115g of carbohydrates in the form of white bread and deep fried potatoes, but only 31g of protein (11% of calories) and 10g of fiber. -

If you can't cut out fast food then you obviously don't want it enough Originally Posted by tjl You're going to display your six pack at a wedding? Wedding's are usually followed by a honeymoon -

Wedding's are usually followed by a honeymoon It's his mom's wedding, so unless he is from Alabama I doubt he is participating in the Honeymoon. -

So im hoping i can acquire a six-pack by then.
Im going to be realistic and try to completly fade out all fast food.
As far as exercise goes, would it help at all?
