HElp Please

hi, im 5'2, 110, and age is 20. And I want to know how many calories should i be taking in with OUT any workout (laying in the bed all day- i dnt really do that but I just want to know) to maintain weight and a separate amount if I would want to loose about 3 or 4 pouds. I went to a million BMR website and always ended up confused. So Please someone help me
