HIIT options

Anyone have any suggestions for HIIT options that don't involve my elliptical. I live in CT so until it gets warmer out, doing anything outside isn't really an option. I tried the HIIT thing for a period of time a while back and nearly caused my elliptical to fall apart from the abuse (i have a nice one, not a cheap flimsy elliptical.). Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

If you have a bicycle, you could get a training stand and put the bicycle on it for times when you do not want to bicycle outdoors.

Or just get some cold weather clothes and bicycle, run, or whatever outdoors.
