How to become healthy and stay on track?

I know that most of you are tired of weight loss questions, however I have been wanting to get healthy again and I am tired of my whole off and on again method. So I thought that I could get help. Currently I am five feet (I am a freshman in college so more than likely I will not get any taller) I weigh 135 pounds however I am a mesomorph. I do not know my body shape(pear, hourglass, triangle/apple, or rectangle), my hips and shoulders are about the same width (depending on what I wear my shoulders look wider than my hips). My measurements are 37-28-38. Not only do I want to get down to 115 but I really want to be fit (and not just look like I am, it is weird when people look at me and think I work out even though I do not). So I was just wondering if you guys had exercise tips, nutrition tips, and any other tips in general for me.
Thank You!

You don't need tips... you need a complete stategy. To provide one, we'll need a lot more specifics on your diet and exercise knowledge level.

I agree with the above. Post up your whole diet and we'll go from there. First off, though, drop the whole "I'm a mesomorph here are my measurements and body shape" thinking. I know you're trying to get the best possible scenario, but that really is minutia, and least for now. Focus on making the lifestyle changes and cross those other bridges when you come to them . So, let's see the diet...and workout program.

To be honest I do not really have to much of an eating plan, I do try to eat correctly (carrots, egg whites, baked chicken, salad (with little to no dressing), water, smoothies (with fruit and some fruit juice, oh aren't fruits, fruit juice and certain vegetables loaded with sugar, but is it the right kind of sugar), okay I am sure that anyone can see that I need some serious help!!!! I do try to only eat enough till I am full, however I also do not have too much of an exercise plan because some workouts get very boring quickly. I still do enjoy the same conditioning that our tumbling coaches had us do from cheer and I still stretch for at least fifteen minutes after I workout but I have no real regimine and frankly I am in need of that. Sorry if this was not enough information but i do not know what to do.
