Im A German, Please help me :( for body recomposition

hy guys.
im from germany so please be aware of my bad english

ok, ive alaway been fat,once i was about 80 kg and i cutted myself to 70 kg radical, these pics here were taken at the 73 kg weight, im 1,80 m tall.

now, i went back to 80 kg and still bellyfat

ok,tomorrow the third week will end

im fine, i could already put on some weights at the gym.
i could see some fine changes at the hips,but its not what i want already,im not done.

i think i will reach my goal in 5-7 months.

but unfortunately, the scale showed after 3 weeks a loss of 2,8 kg. my current weight is so 77,2 kg. before the 3 weeks i was at 80 lg.

the loss of weight is too much. i think i didnt have lost muscles because of my weekly 3 times gym (whole body)and 2-3 times cardio.also im eating fine and enough protein but in a little deficit!

this is not all 2,8 kg of fat.

i think i cant go on this way, because in 2 months or so im probably at 72 kg and look like in the beginning.

what am i doing wrong?

Post your diet - if you want to see you abdominals, then start with your nutrition.

What kind of equipment do you have???
What is your diet like???
How much time per week are you willing/able to spend to achieve your goals???


1. im in a good gym,funny people,makes fun.
it hasnt got very much machines,but the mos important i can use.

2. im eating in a slice deficit,1800-2000 per day, so in a 300-500 kcal deficit.
im eating 1,2-1,5g protein per kg of body weight,low fat and normal carbs.

3. im visiting the gym 3 times, monday,wednesday and friday and do cardio on tuesday,thursday and saturday.

reaching my goals, i would say 8 months till 1 year

ok,today the fifth week started,lost 2,2 kg already,dont know if it was fat or muscle.

anyway,i couldnt see any recognizable fat loss...

Find your BMR (the number of calories you're burning each day)on this site:
Delaware Consumer Health Information Services

Then log your diet on this site and try to eat less calories than you're burning.

ok,right now im very down. ive lost 2 kg in these 5 weeks but today at the mirror my belly(fat) looks bigger than before

Try getting your body fat measured and keeping track of it. If your counting calories, eating enough protein and eating less calories than you're burning, you shouldnt be getting fatter.

seriously,i hate the internet.
so,as you might know, ive lost about 2 kg from 80 kg to 78 kg now,in 5 weeks.
some say,this isnt enough and im eating to much and some say im eating to less.

im eating about 1800 kcal.
so the 1 part said this is too much and its obvious that i didnt have any fat loss.
and the other part said,that i should eat alot more calories,because a little girl needs about 1800 kcal...

so,i dunno...

Wes, the Delaware Link, is no longer working (I have used it for a long time, and just noticed it). When looking at their web site, they have done some refacing and reconfiguration, and removed the tools link.

I hear ya DUDE... my German is not so good so i will not try to explain myself thatway but you sure do look like a dude in your pics not a girl.

Gaining fat and losing fat are not overnight issues, so do not expect to get in shapes in only a month.
